📚 September Author Birthdays: Roald Dahl & Shel Silverstein 🎂

The WHS Library is celebrating two beloved authors this month—Roald Dahl and Shel Silverstein—both born in September. Stop by to see our special display featuring their works, and take home a book that’s sure to spark your imagination!


✨ Roald Dahl (1916–1990)

Roald Dahl was a British novelist, short-story writer, poet, and screenwriter. Famous for his imaginative storytelling, unforgettable characters, and dark humor, Dahl has inspired generations of readers. His books often feature clever children outsmarting cruel adults and a touch of the fantastical.
