🎓 WHS Legacy Walk: A Heartfelt Tradition Connecting Generations

On a sunny June morning, the Class of 2025 at Woodsville High School proudly continued one of our school’s most meaningful new traditions — the Legacy Walk. Dressed in their graduation caps and gowns, our seniors returned to their roots at Woodsville Elementary School, walking hand-in-hand with WES 3rd graders through cheering halls filled with excitement and pride.

This special tradition was first started by the WHS Class of 2023, who wanted to leave behind more than just memories — they wanted to leave a legacy. Now in its third year, the Legacy Walk has become a powerful symbol of connection, inspiration, and school spirit.

As the seniors walked with future Engineers, it was more than a farewell — it was a passing of the torch. Younger students looked up with admiration, while graduates looked back with gratitude.

“It’s a full-circle moment,” shared one senior. “We started here, and now we’re showing these kids where they can be in just a few years.”

The Legacy Walk reminds all of us that education is a journey — one filled with milestones, mentors, and moments that matter.

💚 Congratulations to the Class of 2025 for walking with pride, purpose, and Engineer Energy!
