2025 Student Council Community Award: Honoring Angie Clough

Each year, the Woodsville High School Student Council selects one individual from our community whose dedication, time, and unwavering support have made a lasting impact on our school and its students. The Student Council Community Award is a way to recognize those who go above and beyond to uplift and contribute to the WHS community.

This year, the 2025 recipient is someone who is a true champion of WHS spirit — Angie Clough.

Angie is a regular presence at WHS sporting events, always cheering on Woodsville Athletics and encouraging student success both on and off the field. A proud member of the Woodsville Area Booster Club since 2012, she currently serves as the club’s president. Her leadership and commitment have helped strengthen support for our athletic programs and student-athletes.

Beyond her role in the Booster Club, Angie is a key organizer of the annual sports banquet, a meaningful tradition that celebrates the hard work of WHS athletes across all seasons. She is also a familiar and welcoming face at the concessions stand, especially during basketball games and the JV basketball tournament — events that require countless volunteer hours and behind-the-scenes planning.

In honor of her contributions, Angie’s name will be added to the Student Council Community Award plaque displayed at Woodsville High School. A commemorative plaque was also presented to her in recognition of her ongoing support.

WHS is proud to honor Angie Clough as the 2025 Student Council Community Award recipient. Her energy, generosity, and commitment embody the spirit of community that makes Woodsville High School truly special.

💚 Thank you, Angie, for everything you do for WHS. 🚂
