Several students have been observed sliding down the banister into the basement. This is unsafe in the extreme and a violation of school rules. Students who continue to undertake this behavior will be directed to the office and a consequence will be issued.

ENGINEERS OF SOUND AUDITIONS!
Engineers of Sound is an 8-12 voice vocal ensemble at WHS. Our goal is to sight read and perform challenging choral literature. Last year the group performed the national anthem at many school and community events, and also sang for Governor Sununu and the Executive Council in Concord. The ensemble presently has 6 members, and we are looking to add 2-5 voices depending on audition results.

Auditions will take place in roundhouse the 2nd week back in January (Jan 6-10). Students must request an audition time from Mrs. Flateau and will be signed up during an available roundhouse day.

Please prepare 30 seconds of anything you love to sing – memorized. This is so you can demonstrate your vocal tone and show me you can be comfortable singing in front of others. You will also be asked to sight read a short selection of music.

Audition results will be posted on the music room door the following week.

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank has an opening for a part time employee in their Walmart branch. The job would be 20 hours a week, including weekends and afternoons. Applicants need to have a flexible after school and weekend schedule to be available when needed and reliable transportation. Anyone interested can stop by the Woodsville Guaranty Walmart branch for an application.
