– Starting @ 6:30 in the WHS Library-

In conjunction with Cottage Hospital, Woodsville High School will be presenting several enrichment activities during several Roundhouse periods in January.

On Tuesday, January 22nd there will be a session on anxiety and stress reduction.  Kathleen Lamberton will lead a session on Diabetes on January 24th. Both of these sessions will be held in Mrs. Eck’s classroom.  On Jan 31st, Anne Foldeak will lead a session on stretching. She will cover What type of stretches are good for people who sit at desks/in class all day? How to stretch to help avoid sports injuries and decrease muscle soreness. Dynamic vs. static stretching – when is the best time to do each and how long to hold a static stretch. This session will be held in the gym.

->  Students interested in attending any of the above sessions should have their Roundhouse teacher sign them up for the activity on the Roundhouse sign up sheet.
