Thursday, January 24th, 2019 – Today is a White Day
All Riverbend Health Sciences students are to remain at WHS in the morning. They will be picked up at 12:35 at WHS for their field trip.
The annual food drive will run from Jan 28 to Feb 1. The drop off sites are Seniors in room 9, Juniors in room 11, Sophomores in room 13, and Freshmen in room 15
Applying for College Night for Juniors – February 7, 2019 at 6 p.m. in the WHS Library
Tickets for the spring play, “Almost, Maine” are now on sale in Mrs. Youngheim’s room. The price is $2 for students and $5 for adults.

Find out how and come visit with dozens of Community Service Organizations on Saturday, February, 2nd, 2019 from 1-4pm at the Morrill Building in North Haverhill.

You still have time to order your Engineer yearbook! They’re $35. Cash and checks are accepted and you can make payments, also. THERE ARE ONLY 35 PRE-ORDER SPOTS LEFT. If you want a yearbook, I recommend pre-ordering as there will not be extra when they’re delivered. SENIORS – parent advertisements are due in February. Stop by Mrs. Y’s room for an information sheet about the ads.
In conjunction with Cottage Hospital, Woodsville High School will be presenting several enrichment activities during several Roundhouse periods in January.
Kathleen Lamberton will lead a session on Diabetes on January 24th.
This will be held in Mrs. Eck’s classroom.
On Jan 31st, Anne Foldeak will lead a session on stretching. She will cover What type of stretches are good for people who sit at desks/in class all day? How to stretch to help avoid sports injuries and decrease muscle soreness. This session will be held in the gym.
-> Students interested in attending any of the above sessions should have their Roundhouse teacher sign them up for the activity on the Roundhouse sign up sheet.
The JV games on 1/26 are being pushed up in time. The bus is now going to leave at 7:30 from WHS and the girls game will be at 9am and the boys will follow at 10:15am
