Mental Health Monday – June 2nd, 2025
As we approach the final days of the school year, it’s important to pause and recognize the emotional weight that can come with big transitions. With just five days until graduation and the last day for students and staff set for June 13th, emotions may be running high — excitement, anxiety, relief, and even a little sadness.
At WHS, we want to remind our students and staff that it’s completely normal to experience a mix of feelings during this time. Whether you’re counting down the days or wishing for a little more time, please take care of your mental and emotional well-being.
Take a few moments each day to breathe, check in with yourself, and connect with those around you. Small acts of kindness, words of encouragement, and moments of reflection can go a long way.
