Looking for a refreshing, easy-to-make summer snack? This week’s Foodie Friday feature is a cool treat you can enjoy all summer long — no stove required!
These Frozen Fruit Smoothie Cups are perfect for hot afternoons, easy breakfasts, or just kicking back after a game.
🛒 Ingredients:

1 cup frozen mixed berries

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup vanilla yogurt

1/2 cup orange juice (or your favorite juice)

Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness
