Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and it’s the perfect time to focus on something that can positively impact your mental health: gratitude. At Woodsville High School, we know the importance of caring for our minds and hearts, especially during the holiday season.
Gratitude isn’t just about saying “thank you”—it’s about recognizing the good in our lives, even during challenging times. Studies show that practicing gratitude can boost your mood, reduce stress, and strengthen your relationships with others.
Simple Ways to Practice Gratitude This Week
- Write It Down: Each day, jot down three things you’re grateful for. It could be anything from a good grade on a test to a kind word from a friend.
